Talk with AI

How to use Robomap Talk with AI — hands-free voice answers about devices, logs, notifications, and account data.

What it is

Talk with AI is the floating Call button in the Robomap app toolbar. It is a continuous voice call (not the Ask AI push-to-talk mic): you speak, the assistant replies with voice.

Answers are read-only and use only data you are allowed to see in the app.

How to start

  1. Sign in at app.robomap.ai.
  2. Tap the Call launcher and allow the microphone.
  3. Ask your question in your app language; end the call from the panel when finished.

Example questions

  • Devices and locations — names, city, coordinates, status
  • Latest logs and incidences — with spoken date and time (for Spain, Europe/Madrid)
  • Notifications and on-demand service requests
  • Teams, teammates, and your subscription plan

How answers are spoken

Each answer should name the record (device, log, notification, etc.), give the time in your timezone, then the useful fields (status, message text, severity, and similar). The assistant does not read passwords, API keys, or card numbers.

When live voice tools are not available on your deployment, answers come from a start-of-call snapshot of your workspace loaded into the voice session.

Troubleshooting

  • Microphone blocked — allow mic access for app.robomap.ai in browser site settings, then restart the call.
  • No voice reply — check device volume and that the call panel is still connected; end and start a new call.
  • Wrong language — the assistant follows your app language settings; switch language in the app, then start a new call.
