Robomap Docs
Integrations overview
Connect Sendcloud, WordPress, Google, Microsoft Teams, Jira, MaintainX, Orbit, and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, S7, EtherNet/IP, Edge) to Robomap.
What it does
Account → Integrations (/account/integrations) lists connectors for shipping, websites, productivity, collaboration, ITSM, CMMS, robotics, and industrial OT protocols. Each connection stores secrets encrypted on the server. After save, full secrets are not returned to the browser.
Available connectors
| Integration | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Sendcloud | Shipping methods, parcels, labels, tracking |
| WordPress plugin | Contact leads and directory embeds on your site |
| Google Sheets & Docs | Export devices, data, and agriculture reports |
| Microsoft Teams | Channel alerts for devices, agriculture, support chat |
| Jira Service Management | Service desk requests from alerts |
| MaintainX | CMMS work orders and device↔asset maps |
| Boston Dynamics Orbit | Spot robots and mission imports |
| OPC UA | Browse/map industrial tags, poll or subscribe |
| MQTT / Sparkplug B | Broker topics and Sparkplug B mapping |
| Modbus TCP | Register map polling |
| Siemens S7 | Rack/slot and DB address mapping |
| EtherNet/IP | Basic CIP tag mapping |
| Edge connector | Private OT networks → HTTPS ingest with site tokens |
Common setup pattern
- Open the connector card → Manage.
- Paste credentials or start OAuth.
- Use Test connection when available.
- Enable optional alert routing or sync actions.
- Disconnect removes the stored credentials (and revokes OAuth tokens where supported).
Security notes
- Prefer organization-owned credentials for shared workspaces.
- Rotate third-party API keys if someone leaves the team.
- Robomap does not publish operator environment variables or server tokens in these guides.
