Robomap Docs
Getting started
Create a Robomap account, sign in, set up your workspace, and open core areas of the app.
What you need
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox)
- An email address you can access
- Optional: a device that supports passkeys (Touch ID, Face ID on device unlock, Windows Hello) for passwordless sign-in
Create an account
- Open app.robomap.ai/auth/register (or Sign up on robomap.ai).
- Enter username, name, country, email, and password.
- Choose User or Business registration type.
- Complete any country-specific document prompts if shown, then submit.
You can also register through the public marketing site Sign up flow, which opens the same app registration.
- Go to app.robomap.ai/auth/login.
- Enter email and password, or use Sign in with passkey after you have enrolled a device under Account → Security.
- Optionally keep the session signed in on a trusted device.
After you sign in
| Area | Path | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | /dashboard | High-level workspace status |
| Devices | /devices | Register and manage equipment |
| Data | /data | Logs, incidences, frames |
| Agriculture | /agriculture | Farms, zones, thresholds |
| Account | /account | Profile, security, teams, integrations |
| Docs | /account/docs | In-app guides |
Next steps
- Add a location, then register a device.
- Confirm telemetry appears under Data.
- Connect an integration if you ship with Sendcloud, export to Google, or route alerts to Teams/Jira/MaintainX.
- Enroll a passkey on Account → Security for faster sign-in.
Troubleshooting
- Registration returns an error — confirm password meets requirements and the email is not already registered. The registration field is
registration_type(userorbusiness), not a free-form role label. - Blank app after login — hard-refresh, clear site data for
app.robomap.ai, or try another browser. Confirm cookies are allowed for the app origin. - Passkey button missing — your browser may not support WebAuthn, or the page is not served over HTTPS. Use password sign-in, then open Account → Security.
