Sendcloud integration

Connect Sendcloud to Robomap to list shipping methods, create parcels and labels, and track deliveries.

What it does

Robomap connects a business Sendcloud account so teams can list shipping methods, create parcels/labels, download PDFs, and track delivery status from Account → Integrations → Sendcloud.

Get Sendcloud API keys

  1. Create or sign in to a Sendcloud account at sendcloud.com.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations in the Sendcloud panel.
  3. Add a Sendcloud API integration. Robomap uses public/secret keys (Basic Auth), not OAuth2.
  4. Copy the Public key and Secret key.

Connect in Robomap

  1. Sign in and go to Account → Integrations (/account/integrations).
  2. Open Sendcloud.
  3. Paste the public and secret keys and click Connect. Robomap validates the keys, then stores them encrypted for your organization (or user). Secrets are never returned to the browser after save.
  4. Optionally click Test connection later to re-validate credentials.

Tracking webhooks

After connecting, Robomap shows a unique webhook URL on the integration page. In Sendcloud, enable Webhook feedback for your API integration and paste that URL. Sendcloud signs payloads; Robomap verifies the signature before updating shipment status.

If webhooks are not configured, use Refresh tracking on a shipment to poll status.

Using shipments

There is no separate Orders module yet. On the Sendcloud page you can:

  • Load shipping methods
  • Create a parcel (with label)
  • Download the label PDF (proxied so credentials stay server-side)
  • View tracking status (webhook or poll)
Account → Integrations → Sendcloud
  → Connect with public + secret key
  → Configure webhook URL in Sendcloud (optional)
  → Create parcel / download label / refresh tracking

Troubleshooting

  • Connect fails — confirm both keys are from the API integration (not OAuth) and have not been rotated in Sendcloud.
  • Webhook not updating — paste the exact URL from Robomap, ensure the integration secret still matches, and check Sendcloud webhook delivery logs.
  • Label download error — re-test the connection; create a new parcel if the shipment id is stale.
