Business overview
Use Robomap business features — organizations, teams, directory presence, and agriculture.
What it does
Business accounts unlock organization-scoped workspaces: teams, shared devices and data, integrations stored for the organization, internal Work orders, and industry workflows such as Agriculture.
Register with Business as the registration type, or upgrade through your account plan if you started as a user.
Organizations and teams
- Open Account and review your organization profile.
- Invite teammates and manage membership from Teams settings.
- Integrations such as Google, Sendcloud, and Orbit are scoped to the active organization (or to your user when no organization is active).
Work orders
Create, assign, prioritize, and track internal team work on a list or kanban board. See Work orders.
Public business presence
Robomap can list verified businesses in the public directory on robomap.ai. Keep your business profile, contact details, and services up to date in the app so customers find accurate information.
The WordPress plugin can embed a business directory card with the [robomap_directory] shortcode after you connect WordPress.
Agriculture
Farms, zones, device assignment, dashboards, and threshold alerts are documented under Agriculture.
Troubleshooting
- Teammate cannot see devices — confirm they joined the correct organization and team, and that devices are not filtered to another location.
- Integration belongs to the wrong org — disconnect and reconnect while the intended organization is active.
