Dashboards and alerts
Monitor Robomap dashboards, device incidences, agriculture thresholds, and route alerts to integrations.
What it does
Robomap surfaces live status on the Dashboard and raises incidences when devices or agriculture thresholds need attention. You can review alerts in the app and optionally forward them to Microsoft Teams, Jira Service Management, or MaintainX.
Open the dashboard
- Sign in and open Dashboard (
/dashboard). - Use filters for organization, location, or time range as available in your workspace.
- Drill into Devices or Data when a card or chart needs detail.
Agriculture has its own farm dashboards under Agriculture.
Incidences and notifications
- Open Data → Incidences (
/data/incidences) for severity, message, device, and time. - Review the in-app notification center for unread alerts.
- Acknowledge or follow up according to your team process.
Route alerts to other tools
| Destination | Where to configure | What can be routed |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Teams | Account → Integrations → Microsoft Teams | Device alerts, agriculture thresholds, support-chat messages |
| Jira Service Management | Account → Integrations → Jira Service Desk | Auto-create requests from device / agriculture / service-request alerts |
| MaintainX | Account → Integrations → MaintainX | Auto-create work orders from the same alert types |
Each integration page includes a test or refresh action so you can verify delivery without waiting for a live incident.
Troubleshooting
- Dashboard empty — confirm devices are reporting and that you belong to the correct organization.
- Teams quiet — verify the webhook URL, enable the matching alert toggles, and send a test message.
- Duplicate Teams agriculture alerts — threshold posts are deduplicated for a short window (about 15 minutes); wait or adjust thresholds on the farm dashboard.
